Our 13-session program: 7 clear steps 

The Clarity 13 program guides your business through proven steps to improve leadership, enhance employee engagement, and stimulate growth. How do we do this?

STEP 1: WHO ARE YOU?

I observe and assess the way your company works from the inside. Roles, responsibilities, systems, morale, perception, leadership, growth. Where do you want to be? How do you plan to get there? It ends with us preparing an initial forensic report on where we see areas to improve - an informed first impression based on decades of experience in a wide range of businesses.

STEP 2: POW-WOW ON THE PORCH. 

I take you out of your work environment and literally onto the Clarity 13 front porch. We work together to create a clear mission statement, an action plan, an agreed set of goals. It lays out HOW we will help your business, how we can improve the way you, your team, and your company, actually work.

STEP 3: A CLEAR MESSAGE. 

Clarity of thought is nothing without clear communication. This step is letting everyone in your company know what the plan is, from your management team, all the way down to your interns. Everyone gains a sense of being an important part of something that’s going to grow, bring success, and bring increased prosperity to all.

4. HOW DO WE TURN WORDS INTO ACTIONS? 

Nothing changes until something changes. And that almost always starts with the person at the top, the leader. Your employees will inevitably follow your example. So we work together to ensure you are clear on what changes need to be made, when, and how.

5. REINFORCING THE MESSAGE.

Nothing good changes overnight. We work with your whole team to reinforce your company's new guiding principles, values, and methods. Once everyone is pulling in the same direction, and motivated, success can be achieved far more easily.

6. HOW DO WE COACH FOR LASTING SUCCESS? 

By this point, you will notice a great deal of progress in how your business is performing and how your employees are engaging. We work through any resistance, overcome obstacles, and coach the kind of positive attitudes needed for continued progress. The result will be evident in your team's enthusiasm to do more to achieve the success you all want.

7. ENJOY THE JOURNEY.

I leave you with a clear leadership plan, a motivated team, and a clarity of thought throughout your company over where you are all heading, how, and why. I then check in with you every six months to ensure your plan is still being implemented properly and provide whatever extra support you might need. Throughout our journey, communication is the key to your lasting business success. Therefore, throughout our time together, we communicate regularly, clearly, and inclusively.

Our journey is 13 sessions. We will spend more weeks on certain steps than others. Although the steps are a formula, I understand that you, your team, and your business are unique.  So I tailor the coaching to suit your needs. Let’s be absolutely clear, this is an exciting process, it’s insightful, it’s successful, and best of all, it’s fun!
