As a coach myself, working with Clarity 13 was one of my best experiences as a "coachee"! Dora exudes warmth and authenticity and easily establishes openness and trust with her clients, which are both essential to the effectiveness of coaching work. She has superb "active listening" skills and also is able to gently push back on and question "mental stories" and the narratives in one's head that may be holding one back from growth and development. I have personally utilized many assessments with clients myself and the assessment she uses (ELI) as well as her strong debriefing skills made a major difference in serving as the basis for making the path to personal change for me more focused and clear moving forward in my own life.
